What is the last date that I can place my order to get it for Christmas?

Please place your order by 10 am Friday 18th December. We will do our very best to get the item to you for Christmas, but once we dispatch items, they are in the hands of Royal Mail and we can not be held responsible if items do not reach you before Christmas.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to dispatch your order asap after you have placed it; however, please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Has my order been shipped yet?

As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming this.

Will you deliver to my work address?

We can deliver to either the registered address for your credit/debit card or your work address. We cannot deliver to PO BOX or BFPO addresses.

Will I be charged for customs and import fees?

All customs and import fees are payable by the recipient, once the order reaches its destination country.

What do I do if my item arrives and it is damaged?

Please contact us via email (info@shopatlazarides.com) or via telephone + 44 (0) 207 636 5443 ext 26 within 3 days of receiving the item quoting your order number.

Will you be dispatching orders over the holidays?

We will not dispatch any orders after 5pm on Friday 18th December. We will resume dispatch on Tuesday 5th January 2010.
